We like to keep things transparent and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect when applying to Legora:

Apply

Complete the application form and attach your CV.

People Team Interview

An introductory conversation to get to know you, share more about Legora, and discuss what you’re looking for.

Hiring Manager Interview

A deeper dive into your technical skills, experience, and approach to problem-solving.

Case & Presentation

You’ll receive a case or challenge relevant to the role, followed by a 60 minute presentation and discussion with the team.

Final Interview

A final conversation with Max (our CEO) or your prospective Head of Department to ensure mutual fit and alignment.

How can I prepare for an interview?

Review the job description, explore our platform, reflect on past achievements, and come prepared with questions. Being authentic and clear about your expectations helps us understand your fit.

When will I hear back after an interview?

We typically provide updates within 3 - 5 business days. If there are delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

How long does the interview process usually take?

Most candidates complete the full process within 2–4 weeks. This can vary based on the role and candidate availability.

I applied/interviewed last year and wasn't selected. Can I reapply?

Yes, we hope you’ll continue to consider Legora as an employer. Typically, we ask for candidates to wait at least a year to gain additional experience before reapplying for the same type of role.

Do you offer visa sponsorship?

Yes, depending on the location - we can support and guide your relocation.
